Alice McGee

Dr Alice McGee is a healthtech leader whose experience spans clinical medicine (MD), product development, operations, and research. She has contributed across the healthtech ecosystem as a founder, operator, investor, mentor, and advisor—supporting startups from pre-seed (Avid Health) to Series C (Flo Health, Europe’s first femtech unicorn). She currently serves as Senior Medical Advisor in AI at Flo Health and is the Founder of Mara Health, where she helps early-stage startups scale.

Alice is passionate about building and scaling clinically validated, AI-driven, user-centered, and compliant digital health solutions. She is a seasoned speaker, having presented at MedTech World, BMJ Future Health, and Digital Health Rewired, and serves on the BMJ Future Health Future Generation Committee. She also writes Your Next Move, a weekly newsletter for founders, operators, and future leaders in digital health.
